Returning to Liberia or San José Airport: Plan Your Private Pickup
Booking your return transfer? Have your departure airport, flight date and time, exact pickup property, passenger count and luggage details ready. Your flight departure time and vehicle pickup time are different—check both before reserving.
Ozzy Transportation provides private transfers. Child seats and booster seats can be selected during your reservation.
1. Check your departure flight
Confirm the airport, airline, flight number, departure date and scheduled departure time. If you arrive through Liberia Airport (LIR) and leave through San José Airport (SJO), make sure your return reservation uses the correct airport.
For flights departing shortly after midnight, check the calendar date carefully. You may need to leave your accommodation the previous evening.
2. Confirm your actual pickup property
Your final pickup location may differ from your arrival destination. Provide the full name and exact address of your last hotel, Airbnb or villa, including a map pin and entrance instructions where needed.

3. Choose your pickup time
Ozzy recommends arriving at LIR or SJO three hours before flight departure, for both international and domestic flights. Also check your airline’s instructions.
Allow driving time from your property plus extra time for unpredictable traffic, roadworks and other delays. Three hours before departure is the recommended airport-arrival time—not the time to leave your accommodation.

4. Review each transfer separately
Check your pickup date, pickup time, property, destination airport and departure flight details.
Include all adults and children, suitcases, carry-ons, strollers and oversized items. Select any child-seat or booster-seat add-ons and review your reservation details before completing the booking.

5. Check your reminders and communicate changes early
Ozzy sends pickup confirmations by email and text two days before pickup and again one day before. Check the date, time and property against your departure plans.
If your flight, accommodation or other trip details change, contact Ozzy as soon as possible by email, WhatsApp or text so the team can check the arrangements.
