1. Identify both properties precisely
Use the full name and address of the hotel you are leaving and the hotel you are going to. Add a Google Maps link when a property has a similar name to another location, multiple entrances or a separate reception area.

2. Coordinate pickup with check-out and check-in
Check your departure hotel's check-out time and the next hotel's check-in time before choosing your pickup. Ask Ozzy for an estimated journey time for your actual route and date, and mention any fixed activity or appointment you must reach.
If you may arrive before your room is ready, ask the receiving hotel whether it can store your bags. Confirm any late check-out or luggage-storage arrangements directly with the property; they are separate from your transfer reservation.
3. Count passengers, bags and requested seats
Include every adult and child, checked suitcases, carry-ons, strollers and oversized items. Passenger count alone does not describe the space your party needs.

4. Request stops before finalizing the trip
Would you like a grocery stop, lunch break or another stop between hotels? Include the location, purpose and expected length in your request. Ask Ozzy to confirm availability, the effect on arrival time and the total price.

5. Organize a trip with several transfers
