Can’t find your exact address?

Our booking system uses Google Maps and recognizes most hotels, resorts, airports, and popular destinations in Costa Rica.

If your exact Airbnb, vacation rental, or private residence does not appear:

Select the nearest town, city, or recognized location.
As you continue through the booking process, you will find a Notes section. Enter the complete address or Google Maps link there.
You may also include the property name, gate instructions, or helpful directions.

Please don’t forget to provide this information in the Notes section. We will review it and make sure your driver receives the correct location.

What type of vehicle will I receive?

After entering your pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, and number of passengers, the next step will show the vehicle options available specifically for your transportation request.

What time should I enter for an airport arrival?

Enter your scheduled flight arrival time and provide your airline and flight number. We monitor your flight and coordinate your pickup according to its actual arrival.

What pickup time should I choose when returning to the airport?

We recommend arriving at the airport three hours before your flight’s scheduled departure.

To calculate your pickup time:

Check the estimated driving time from your location to the airport using Google Maps.
Add an additional 20–30 minutes for possible traffic or delays.
Add that total travel time to the recommended three-hour airport arrival window.

Where will I find my driver?

Your driver will wait at the designated pickup area holding a sign with your name. The driver will greet you, assist with your luggage, and escort you to your private vehicle.

Is the transportation private?

Yes. Your reservation is for private transportation exclusively for you and your group.

Can I add a child car seat, grocery stop, or another service?

Yes. During the booking process, you will have the option to select available additional services, such as child car seats, grocery stops, and other add-ons.

What if I need more than one transfer?

Complete your first reservation online, then return to our website or booking page to create each additional reservation separately.

If you prefer, you may also contact us with your complete itinerary, and we will be happy to assist you with a multi-transfer reservation.

Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes. Once your reservation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your trip information. Please review it to make sure all details are correct.
